Equipment

  • 1 8" pan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour (crust)
  • 2 tbsp flour (filling}
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Crust

  • Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar in into 8" pan.
  • Bake 20 minuntes at 350°

Filling

  • Beat eggs, mix with lemon juice, sugar, baking soda, flour and and pour into crust.
  • Bake 25 minuntes at 350°
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar on top while hot.
